Union of Musicians All-Stars Sierra Leone Unveils Interim Executive Team Ahead of Elections

Freetown – The Union of Musicians All-Stars Sierra Leone (ALL-STARS) has announced its interim executive structure as part of a reform agenda to strengthen governance and improve representation across the country’s music industry.

Issued on 12th May 2026 by the Union’s Elders Council, the public notice outlines a one-year interim body that will steer the union’s operations before transitioning into democratic elections.

According to the notice, the new framework is designed to enhance administrative efficiency, ensure inclusive participation, and support the union’s broader reform objectives.

Interim Leadership Team


C Bolt will serve as Chairman, leading the executive leadership. Fantacee Wiz has been appointed Secretary General to head the Secretariat, while Camouflage takes charge as Financial Controller in the Finance Department.

The Organising Department will be led by 4Yoh as Organising Secretary, with Snooptee, President of the Eastern Artist Union, serving as Assistant Organising Secretary. Nega Don (lxg) was named Auditor, and Vida will serve as Treasurer.

For regional coordination, the union appointed three district leaders as key liaisons: Moris Kay, President of Kenema Artists Union; Step G, President of Bo Artists Union; and Jay Tee, President of Makeni Artists Union.

Committees and Support Roles


The union also established standing committees to drive specific areas of work. The Constitution Review Committee, tasked with overseeing constitutional reform and governance alignment, includes Sir Wahid, Daddy Saj, Base Aphonix, K Man, Ceejay, Yok 7, Succulent, Manzu, Daddy Ish, and Fantacee Wiz.

The Welfare Committee, responsible for member welfare and support initiatives, comprises Papa Klass, Innocent, Samza, Sleeze, Famous, Shaddy Baby, I-Tribe, M2, Menace De General, Terror D, Arkman, and Daddy Rhymes.

Bulls, White Boy, and Wahab were named Administrative Assistants to support daily operations.

The Union stated that the interim structure reflects a coordinated framework to advance its reform agenda and improve operational effectiveness across all districts. The body will serve for one year before elections are held to elect substantive executives.
